Salma was a Clinical Research Coordinator in the AN.AI Lab. They were born and raised in the Bay Area, California and got their B.S. in Human Biology from UC San Diego. Their previous research experience includes studying post-implant bone growth and the antidepressant mechanisms in the lateral habenula.

In their free time, they read comics, play video games, try to get swole, and cater to the every whim of their affectionate scaredy-cat, Lieutenant Soot on the Snoot.
